"Someone is hurt and not telling me whats going on, but I know I need to know what happened for important reasons" (or maybe their not telling you becuase it's none of your business). If you don't know who it is (or even if you do know who it is but they are not telling you)... then leave well enuf alone eh. I understand you might want to help, but if, by your own words, you don't know who this is...then leave it alone and don't worry about it. |

I know that feeling! It's awful! I had those feelings at 16. I knew bad things were happing but I could never get the specifics until it was over. I know the fear, the wondering of who it is, yet I can tell you, pray it's the only way to get peace when this happens! As you get older more will come into focus, unless you pray to God to take it away! I know how horrible it is! Stay strong & believe in yourself & pray!  |

Don't freak out, just stay calm and don't keep trying to figure it out believe me when I try my hardest to get the answer I don't get it but when I just relax and I'm calm and my mind is clear and their's no noise I can get the answer. But you should stay calm. I'm 14 and have lots of different things. I'm not religious but I believe in god and do pray but just ask him to help you and ease the feelings off. I usually ask my guides to help me out abit. *canuck Hugs* -des  |

First calm yourself, I know how it feels and everything is going crazy, but the only way you will be able to help is to first get yourself in order. Make you mind like a still pond, because right now it might more resemble an ocean during a great hurricane. Make the vast ocean still, you can do it. That way you will be able to handle what you need to. Good luck.  |
