You might just gain the 100 pounds sitting in jail doing nothing in 12 months, so I think it might be a lose-lose situation....lol |

12 months behind bars! I am a diet FREAK! I have to be between 125-n 130. I am MAD (italicized) when I am 130. Sounds stupid, but I am a weight freak. So I rather be behind bars for 12 months. |

I'd rather spend a year in jail! Lol! It would only be a year...and it would probably take much more than a year for me to burn off all that weight. So yeah...it's behind bars for me! |

Wow thats a hard question. I'd have to choose the weight. I could never be away from my kids for a year. I could lose the weight eventually. |

It depends... can I lose the weight after I gain it? Lol Like Cupid (62265) said FBI won't hire me if I have a record but then again they won't hire me if my fat content is to high :-D |

I can't imagine doing either. I've never gained weight except during pregnancy and I've never been jailed. Neither one for me. |

That percentage is surprising! That many more people would rather lose their freedom for 1/100th of their life than freely gain some weight that can be lost just as freely? |

I'm not sure I could gain 100 pounds, that would mean having to eat constantly, so i guess it would be a year in jail for me. Give me some books and I'd be content. |

OMG!!!! what is wrong with todays society?? noone wants to be overweight, but you would rather lose freedom, have a record and pine away in a rat filled, stinky cell with scary people as your neighbors and friends? the record would follow you and you could lose the weight. again...what is wrong with society??? |

jail for me, and it wouldn't look to bad on your record... going to jail so you wouldn't gain 100 pounds, hey it might look good to future employers knowing that you care about what you look like, and can probably follow directions better than before too. |

Well, looking at it from a non-serious point of view...I'd have to say jail simply because I already have enough weight on me that I need to lose lol. |
