I actually won something :D
Lol... ok, let's start from the beginning :) There was an open book night at my local library, which was arranged by the library and the book store I just started working at. There were over 100 people there, 90% over 50 :P I was clearly the youngest there, and I got alot of attention for that :)
At the book night, we got information about this fall's new books, and there was an interview with two authors. All very interesting, I loved every minute of it!
At the ending, there was a lottery where everybody put a note in a basket, and the authors picked a note each, and the winners won a book signed by the author, of course.
I won :D When he read my name on the note I just yelled out "that's me!" (even though I was sitting in front of him :P) People around me muttered "so nice SHE won..." So I got even MORE attention, even from the authors.
So basically I had a great night, and my pile of books to read it growing more.
