Hello Everyone...how is everyone?.. Hope All Is Well..Well Here's My Question..Since X-mas is coming up..and i dunno what 2 buy for me ill ask everyone on USM for help...I dunno..I really want a Photography Camera for some reason..I feel as if its my thing..I want it 2 be my thing..as in it becoming a career..but i dunno..i dunno if i can make it. I really Love Taking Nature Shots..and I do with my 35mm Camera once in a while. Ill be outside the its somewhat cloudy and the sun it setting and the sky is a beautiful mix of colors. i have taken many shots of the clouds and sky.I would really love 2 take MoonShots..but yea..Does anyone here have any idea or suggestions on what kind of cameras are good..i would like 2 spend less than $800. Brand names and why they are good cams and for what would be really helpful. Thank you very much everyone 4 taking the time 2 read my post. bye bye take care from Prince Endymion

Date: 12/4/2003 2:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 12581    My hobby is Photography...what I learned is that it is pretty hard to actually make a living at it, but please, follow your dreams, anything is possible once you put your mind to it. My camera is a $1000 Minolta that I bought 6 years ago..., it's not the fanciest camera, but I feel it's the person behind the lens that makes it beautiful or not, not the camera, feel free to check out my webpage, the link is on my profile, has TONS of pictures I am a picture junkie hehe Thanks for sharing, I hope your dreams come true & Take Care!
Date: 12/4/2003 2:37:00 PM  From Authorid: 52155    To take those kinds of pics (and to learn what you are doing), you need an all maunual SLR (single Lens Reflex) camera. You can probably get a used Cannon AE-1 for a couple hundred bucks. These are excellent to learn on, and can produce some awesome pictures. There are some point-and-shoot all-automatic cameras out there, but I don't find them as fun as my good old-fashioned SLR. Have fun with it!
