Ok, here's the general steps to try psychic healing. It may or may not work for you, or it may take you several tries.If it doesn't work the first time, be patient, and keep trying. It works very well for removing pain, and I'm not claiming that you can curse diseases with it.
Take your hand, and put it over the affected area(if it is a finger, put your hand around it). Try not to rest your hand on it, just over it. Relax your mind, and feel the heat coming off of the area. Imagine your hand is sort of like a vaccum cleaner hose, and "pull" the pain out. When you feel like you have pulled as much as you can hold, "throw" the pain away, like slinging water off of your hand.
If you are healing someone else, and not sure where the exact location is, close your eyes, and run your hand just above the skin, until you feel a are that is hottter than the rest.
