You have to place anchors in your HTML document as to where a particular link leads. You do this by inserting the following code where you want it to be <A NAME="top"></A> that lets the computer know that when a link named "top" is clicked it needs to go to that anchor. So, if you want to go from bottom to top add this: <A NAME="top"></A> to the top of the document and this: <A HREF="#top"> at the bottom.
