Becoming too self-involved.....Reach out, Give out. It's the best way to make contact.
Punishing yourself....Be as fair to yourself as you re to others.
Disliking yourself....Accept yourself as you are. Nobody has to be perfect.
Fighting negatives (your own and others).....Direct energies where they will do the most good for you as well as others.
