You guys are amazing people , and what a wonderful gift to give to the ones that you love! Very unique indeed! Its a "print and bind" service, not quite publishing (I believe you get paid when your work is published), but in this case you are paying for a wonderful gift! Just wanted to say that, for it could make their company look bad if they are making people pay for their books. But it is such a great idea , especially when the holidays are coming up!  |

RA thank you for clearing that up for people. It is indeed true... the AUTHOR gets paid when being published (if the author is paying for publishing they're being ripped off) We are offering a service of printing and binding books for personal use, which means they won't be sold in stores..or anywhere really...which is why authors are paying. We really don't want to be labeled in with those companies who make you pay for publishing because SilverDreams doesn't do that and never will. |
