maybe it is because it has been a little time and all the time the threats are going up and down with no real evidence? i really dont know i live in austrlaia but the thing is i dont really listen to anythign whcih the gov. is saying because well i jsut dont like politics or anythign to do with it lolz....*hugz* interesting post! I think that i have jsut been made more aware that the attacks are possible, and you never really will know when they will hit! kinda scary but you do have to continue on with your life...im sorry if this sounds harsh to soem ppl! *hugz* best luck  |

Yes, I do feel intimidated by their threats. I'm glad our government chooses to not be laxidated about these threats since that is when they're more susceptible to terrorism.  |

You know.. I was going to say that I don't take their threats seriously.. Now I'm half way on that.. Because that's what they want us to be... Just thinking they are crying wolf when it will really happen we won't believe it since they are 'crying wolf'.. I think it's annoying how Osama is doing those tapes every two months.. |

I'll pay attention when it goes to "red alert". You can't lead a normal life forever worrying about this. It probably will happen again. Meanwhile, I will just not dwell on this. I live in the Washington DC area and was here during 9-11-01.  |

Personally, I take fanatics, murderers, and all others that pose a threat, some because of mental illness and some, who knows why? But yes, I am aware, although I refuse to live in world of paranoria or constant worry. Fanatics and killers exist, being aware and staying alert and aware is just being smart today. Having tunnel vision and not being aware of danger is just as much a hazard as being too paranoid.  |

I think we have more to fear from our own people than we do foreign attacks. I also don't believe these tapes either. It is so easy for sound labs to produce a tape of anyone saying anything. |

I just heard it said on CNN last night, that everytime one of these tapes appears, something happens in some area where he's made threats against. There is reason to be worried about these tapes and his threats. |
