Do any of you use Brinkster?? GreenEyes

Hey guys..maybe Im stupid. but I signed up with Brinkster to make a website..and I cant figure out how in the world to get started. I see where you can upload images..but how do you BUILD your site?? I used to use Geocities..but wanted something different. I am so LOST. Please help..if you can. Thanks a bunch.
