I remmeber when I took birth controls but I can't remember when I had to start. That was a couple years ago. I'm sorry that I can't remember, but I would go back to to doctor or maybe do a phone call.  |

Well thanks guys for the help! I think i'll just do the sunday start, it seems less confusing. The only reason i didn't want to do it before was because i didn't want to have to use a back up every month!  |

i did the sunday start. and i got my period every month on sundays after that. no matter when you start to take them you will need a back up for the entire month.  |

start it the FIRST day. That way, the sugar pills will be used when you don't need the pregnancy control. ALSO, you only need to use backup the first month. After that, you cannot get pregnant.  |

Actually even being on the pill is NOT 100 percent effective. You can get pregnant..but ask your dr. exactly when you start taking them.  |
