I understand completely. I once lived with a guy on a buisness venture, who later, I found out TOOK pics of underage girls. He would fly around the US taking pictures of 10 to 15 year olds. When I found out, I turned him in to the FBI. He's now serving probibly 8 consecutive life terms.  |

Wow, yes unfortunately there are many SICK people who are pedophiles. I wish they would get some type of help when they realize they have this desire. Child pornography seems to be the first step into actually acting out their fantasies. I'm sorry that you got this news but I'm happy that they found this information so this man can be held accountable. I hope he hasn't hurt any children yet and they caught him before he did.  |

I'm glad he was caught and found out but sorry that this has hurt and shaken the foundation of trust that he instilled in you. It seems that so many people that we feel should be honorable people and above certain evils are really those that are evil themselves and only hiding behind their disguises. You know, everybody has their own individual temptations weaknesses and struggles to deal with. I really feel sorry for this man who has now lost everything because his private sins were discovered. One question, though...was he making the porn or just looking at the porn? If he was making the porn, then that's a much, much worse situation. Even if he is just addicted to it, though a person addicted to child porn should not be working with or coming into close contact with children.  |

That's awful. Maybe there's another side to this? I remember when I heard that my 5th grade teacher molested one of his students a few years after I had him. It was on the news and I was in shock. He was a pretty good teacher and I wouldn't of expected that from him.  |

My mom found porn on her office computer once, and it wasn't hers. It turned out that a co-worker of hers was going to her computer and doing that stuff so it wouldn't be found on his computer. Maybe the same thing happened to this guy. -Sparky the WonderDog  |

SongBird, your sympathy toward him is surprising since most people have none for pedophiles. I understand what you're saying here but one has to realize that most pedophiles act out their fantasies and give in to this tempation at some point. It generally starts with JUST viewing child pornography and so for me, I have NO SYMPATHY for his as I see him as a potential threat to any child. Evil deeds begin in the mind. |

Poison Ivy....The point the tried to make was totally irrevevant since Porn in general, that only includes adults (meaning anyone over the age of 18) is legal. This man, had CHILD PORN on his computer, which is TOTALLY immoral and ILLEGAL. So obviously he did A LOT THAT was wrong. |
