I downloaded "spyware" its free...It worked awesome for me...the way it works is it cleans your files...when you have downloaded off a website or something like that it puts pop up files on your computer...when they start coming again you just run that program(or you can have it at startup) it deletes those popup files...I was amazed at how well it was for shareware.  |

LOL, that reminds me of what happened here at work. One of the officers was in the squad room looking at "inappropriate" sites and somehow it caused all these pop-ups to come up all the time so if no one was in the building, I would get freaked out when one of them would come on with noise. I don't know what they did to finally stop it though. I would have to ask the boss and I won't see him until Monday. Love,  |

You can download the google search bar and it comes with a free pop-up stopper. I've had several, but this one works better than any other I've used.  |

I HATE pop ups!!! Oh gosh they make me mad!! Especially the ones that have to move ALL THE WAY through before the X will be highlighted for you to click. I am like GO AWAY!!!! Or the ones that take up the whole screen and have no X for you to click. GRRRR  |
