Screaming In Silence.... Sweet Vixen

I'm slipping into
a sea of emotion
tears filling
my hollow eyes

I scream for help
so loud I've lost my voice
but not even I
ever heard my cries

I have no motivation
more and more I hate myself
so much for inspiration
feels like theres no one that can help

Lost within my soul
searching for something more
maybe I will find myself
or just another locked door

Where is the girl that I once knew
so many years ago
she was carefree embracing the sea
will I find her in my soul?

All my hopes lost once again
darkness surrounds me
I'm more weak than ever before
and now on comes the sea

Just feelin a little blue Love and Hugs,
Sweet Vixen

Date: 10/10/2003 2:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 21867    Hi SV...powerful poem as always. Sometimes when we are wallowing in that sea, when we are swallowing down those tepid waters, screaming merely causes us to lose more breath, opens our mouths wider and so we swallow more of the waters. Sometimes its beneficial to just rest...not fight...but just float for a while...conserve energy...till strength is regained enabling us to swim to the shore. Peace,
Date: 10/10/2003 2:16:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 17156    Ok Kronk now i feel sillyso you have made a point and I do have inspiration lol. All I can pickture right now is homer goin DOH! Thanks for pointing that out to me. I may sadness today but at leaset it's inspiring (SP?) sadness. Love and Hugs,
Date: 10/10/2003 2:20:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 17156    HI AS I guess when it comes to emotional descriptions were on the same page. I completely understand what you mean. You make a great point but to be honest I never thought about floating.I always think sink or swim im to weak to swim in the sea and to be honest I'm more of a fighter than i let myself believe so sinking is not an option since you still owe me a cup of joe lol Talking about it seems to help in a metaphorical(SP???) sense. Thank you. *HUGS* Love,
Date: 10/10/2003 2:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 21867    The thing with being a fighter is that even the most powerful and brave must still rest...for to fight constantly will inevitably bring defeat due to exhaustion. Hmmm...maybe some of those little inflatable floatie things you can wear on your arms might help?? Much strength dear friend.
Date: 10/10/2003 2:43:00 PM  From Authorid: 57116    Don't hate yourself, my friend...this too will pass :-)
Date: 10/11/2003 8:29:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 17156    lol AS, little floaties?? as long as their pink with pretty designs then i'll wear em with pride you make a great point about exhaustion I can so comply with that.. Mustang Renee, Thank you for your kind words these feelings always pass I just really dislike having them. but that comes with life. Love and Hugs,
Date: 10/27/2003 1:24:00 AM  From Authorid: 28946    I like this poem and have felt similar at times to scream in silence. It's like screaming inside but nobody around knows the hurt and pain you feel. I agree with Kronk though on sadness can make great poetry.
Date: 10/27/2003 8:31:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 17156    Yes Kronk was so right it's funny how sometimes you seem like your so drained that theres no inspiration but then you write about it and someone points out that WAS you inspiration lol You described the feeling perfectly Penny thank you, Love and Hugs,
