That's assuming, of course, that they're guilty. |

1225, I was going to say the same thing. I don't know why, but I have a feeling this might not be true. The teachers should be put on administrative leave until it is fully investigated. |

That's horrible, If it's true... I just can't see something like this happening. But who knows, Life just keeps on amazing us! |

Very ummm...interesting. If they do turn out to be guilty maybe the kids were just being really rowdy or something? Who knows...lol |

It is mean but work with children as a teacher and the idea of taping them isn't that farfetched. I'd never do it but sometimes I wonder...LOL Just kidding. |

You know what I find bizarre? A totally different response to the same type of teacher abuse. Someone else just had a story about a teacher throwing two students out the window. Everyone laughed, what's the difference between the two why is everyone so up in arms over this one? I would think that the other one was more harmful and it actually landed the children in the hospital. I have to agree with Kelly, did it really happen? Who knows, did the children really fly through the window and end up in the hospital, yes, why so sad over this story and not the other? |

I like that idea, that will make the kids behave themselves. |

Maybe if we bring back displine in the schools, maybe the school shootings will go down. |

Drkptrs has a point. Last year my daughter went into a public school for the first time and was shocked at the lack of disipline. She had always been in DOD (department of defense) schools. I heard the exact same thing from 3 different kids who entered public school and the same time as my daughter. If kids notice a lack of disipline, than it must be pretty bad! I don't think duck tape is the answer, but its a start (just kidding of course). |

As I said in the post about the kids getting thrown out the window, it's not funny, but it is. I know there have been more than one time that I wanted to tape my snotty little nephew's mouth shut (I never did of course, but it did cross my mind.) |

When I first read the title of this post, I thought it was a joke. I work in a school and I know how badly behaved many of the pupils can be and you sort of have "Ally McBeal fantasies" of what you'd like to do to them but really you don't because you're all professional and deal with it in a positive way. |
