OMGosh, I wanna be there sooooo much !!! Meeting the author of this post (Miss Dark Birdie), and Keepsake was such a thrill. Rainbow Angel and Sir Phaedrus are definitely two more people that are very high on my list of must hugs ... LOL. I hope you all have the absolute best time ever !!! Ok, Rainbow Angel. First of all, never ever pick up hitchhikers (especially if you recognize me)..lol..Hmmmm, well anyway....Don't even try to sneak nail clippers past airport security. (those folks have lost their sense of humour. I tried to carry my trusty inch and a half long super-duper pen knife aboard the airship. Well, they scanned me, then wrestled me to the ground, took the blade and struck me repeatedly in the right kidney.) I am hoping to be there too. My husband and I are closing on our new house in Kansas City (where we're moving) and I'm not sure that I'll be able to be at Dad's when they are there. I'm going to *try* to get back on Saturday at least for a few hours to meet them - I am hoping that I can do that.  |
