Wisdom Teeth

Hi All,

I had wisdom teeth surgery on Monday, and I'm still healing. I'm still swollen, and in quite a bit of pain. I take the pain medication which just knocks me out. My question is for the swelling though. I've had ice on and off my face since Monday. I want to go to school tomorrow because it's homecoming, but I don't want to be all puffed up. Does anyone know any old tricks that will help the swelling go down by tomorrow????? Anything will help.

Thanks in advance! ~*~MusicalNight~*~

Date: 10/2/2003 7:07:00 PM  From Authorid: 62367    I think only time will take the swelling down completely. Had the wisdom teeth thing done at 22. All 4 teeth were impacted so had to be removed. I did not have much pain but swelled up for a week. I looked like a chipmunk with the mumps.
