Ugh, what should I do about my job?

I was hired about 2 months ago to start working at this place called Tilly's but it hadnt opened yet. So about 3 weeks ago they called my dads work, while he was out of town to inform me about a mandatory meeting. Why they didnt call my cell, I have no idea because they have called it before. So I called them back after I had missed the meeting and the guy told me he would put me on the next schedule. So a week passed and still no word so I called him back. He told me that he had been busy and that he would call me back later. This was 2 days ago and still no word. So im starting to get pretty annoyed. What do you guys think I should do?
