I am in the same boat, soooo stressed out about everything. I TRY to deal with it by taking deep breaths, hot baths, soaking my feet, lighting stress releaving candels that is when I have time. When all else fails I just cry my eyes out, and hope I feel better. ~gentlehugs~ |

I have been stressing way too much... worrying about every thing.. How do I cope with it? I complain, cry, yell, fight, listen to KoRn.. I started to write again.. not poems they are songs now... Odds in life are against me.. Maybe you and I can cope together, *HUGS* |

Maybe we can have like a cope group where we can like rant together about all the problems of the day and have virtual bubble baths lol....if only I had the time to go on USM........ I might had a smidget of time today (but if Sheldon wants to hang out then thats a huge priority) cause wheneverI see SHeldon my stress goes a way for awhile lol. Ive already been crying my eyes out..Im at my witts ends. |

i punch my walls, BUT DONT DO THAT! its painful... normally i write what i am feeling and then i burn it, so then its gone... or i write poetry. that always helped me, i hope it helps you! |

Find sometime each day to excersise. That always helps me. Like if you're job is close to your house, walk instead of taking the car. Or if you have to go to the third floor in a building, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Little things like that can really help sometimes. Princess Rhiannon |

I deal with stress by punching myself really hard in the forhead. I used to hit other things; but my wall has a hole in it now, and I broke my knuckle, so I just started punching myself. I got the idea from "Rurouni Kenshin." |

awwww hun, I'm sorry that you feel so stressed, but we all have to find things that can help us, when I have time I like to sit on the hill overlooking the water and just think things out...or go for a long walk, and if time doesnt permit then I try to think positive thoughts, I know its hard ..oh and then I have a good cry...lol!!! that often helps....I hope you start to feel better real soon hun....hugs |

When work calls to put up a shift on those extra days, so NO. I seriously think something is up with the barometric pressure...but EVERYONE I know is stressin'. You are NOT alone. It's ok to ask for help, or take a day off from work. Make sure your not having panick attacks, I know that is an extreme thing to say...but if anything, go see your doctor. |
