It said that I was a geek. Imagine that. I was president of my HS, an athlete, top 5% academically although I never tried, had girl friends, had friends, and overall had a good time. Most of the people that I hung out with actually didn't fit into one of the conventional clicks. Instead we were able to move freely in a number of social circles rather then being confined to just one.  |

At graduation, I told my folks I would never be in the top of the class because I almost flunked Home Economics (couldn't cook)! Our Home Ec teach was a sweetie - at the close of the cooking section, she teamed me up with the best cook in the class - so I sneaked through. RAT |
