My Cat Is Broken!.........

I swear she is defective!...LOL I don't let her outside and she is SUPPOSED to be an indoor cat. However, every now and then she sneaks out the door when you aren't looking and she is gone for hours.

Now generally cats out on the prowl will come meowing to the door with a rat, squirrel and sometimes even a chipmunk. Not my cat.

One time she came to the back door meowing and when I let her in she was proud as could be rubbing up against my legs. I looked out the door expecting something disgusting and to my surprise I found a piece of bologna. Yes, she brought me home a single slice of bologna and thought she was the bomb of all cats for it.

This afternoon, she conveniently sneaks out the door again to return a short time ago. Again she comes in and rubs all over me looking for her good kitty pat. I open the door wondering what I am going to find this time. To my dismay there was no rat, no mouse, no squirrel or chipmunk. I looked down to find a chicken wing bone. I chuckled and said "Well at least you are getting a little bit closer to what you are supposed to be bringing home to me."

I can't help but love her anyway..:D

Date: 9/25/2003 8:55:00 PM  From Authorid: 15400    LOL, sounds better than what my cat used to bring home. She would bring home frogs, baby rabbits, snakes, squireals. I wish my cat would bring home things like that. It would be better to find that then a dead snake in your basement!
