Hello everyone, I am just wondering what you all think about my questions i am about to ask, see I've been at my High School since my Freshman Year and its now my Junior year but I am tired of the students at my high school I was thinking of transferring to my fiances' old High School for my Senior Year but people keep looking at me like "why?". What would you guys suggest cause at LHS (my current school) everyone hates me and picks on me and it gets on my nerves at HHS (My fiances' old school no one knows me and I think I could start out fresh my Senior Year, what would you do? Let me know Please.

With great respect to all USMers, Unknown Spirits

Date: 9/25/2003 7:33:00 PM  From Authorid: 15675    well I tried this...kinda. I had a heck of time in school (7th-10th) and in my 10th year I moved to another school to try over. It didnt go so well though I tried my dangdest :/... So I dropped out. Anyways I wish u the best but maybe just deal it out or get home schooled.
Date: 9/25/2003 7:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 62222    The only advice I can give you is this.: I wouldn't have transferred out of my HS because I had friends and a support group there and favorite teachers and ETC..If you don't feel like you belong at your school and you aren't happy then maybe you should transfer. You have already laid out some pros and cons in this post. I am sure upon further reflection you will see that you have already made up your mind. Do what feels right for you.<RegretfulHalo>
Date: 9/25/2003 7:43:00 PM  From Authorid: 47296    If you are doing it because it is for your betterment, then by all means go for it. If you are doing it to try and run from yourself, then beware, wherever you go, you will find the part of you you are running from will show up there.
Date: 9/25/2003 7:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 38601    i've been thinking about transferring, too, i'm so misreable this year...do what makes you happy.
Date: 9/25/2003 7:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 52337    I think you should do wut makes you the happiest. Just remember DONT TUCK YOUR SHIRT IN ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!! I tried that once and for the rest of the year I wuz teased. And another tip. If people make fun of you come up with a great come back that doesnt get you into trouble but puts them in the thinking position I did this and i'm now where I want to be at my school!!! REMEMBER ABOUT THE SHIRT AND YOU'LL DO GREAT LIKE FROSTED FLAKES!! Luv Alws, your daughter,Lizz
Date: 9/25/2003 7:55:00 PM  From Authorid: 36994    Well I also say you should do what you think is best. And you say people at your current school pick on you? If that is so, its kind of like running away from it. You should try to do something about this, I can't stand people who aren't considerate of others peoples feelings, my goodness. On the other hand unknown spirits, you should definately do what you know is best. Starting fresh is a good idea, I thought of it myself, but its just one more year so I was like ok why not. Best wishes+luck to you
Date: 9/25/2003 8:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 50678    Jason, it is up to you and only you. My old high school isn't that bad, I enjoyed it and I know you would too, the staff is great but it is really up to you
Date: 9/25/2003 8:16:00 PM  From Authorid: 27705    It will be hard transfering senior year because you don't know anyone and everyone already has their group of friends but do what you feel is best. If it is a better atmosphere for you then go for it. Do what makes you happy. peace and love regina
Date: 9/26/2003 1:00:00 AM  From Authorid: 48250    Do what You feel is Best for You...Best Wishes....Take/Care.......
Date: 9/28/2003 1:13:00 AM  From Authorid: 51587    i say do what you feel you should do...and what you will be happy with *huggs*
Date: 10/6/2003 4:18:00 AM  From Authorid: 16339    your situation may be exceptional, but i really advise against it. Becuase you will have to start anew socially, and it may disrupt your studies and make socializing even harder than before. Are you trying to conform? if you are, stop. else jsut be yourself and work hard. Act Wisely,
