Do you really love me?
You tell me that you do,
But now as I sit here,
I do not think it’s true,
Your arms they slid around me,
And then your lips found mine,
Wiping doubts and bad thoughts,
Cleanly from my mind, but
Now that I’m alone,
Now that you’ve gone away,
I think I’m just a piece,
In this sick game you play,
Words are exchanged so rarely,
Loving ones even less,
You came into my life,
And left it in a mess,
You hurt me so deeply,
I won’t deny it’s true,
But now who is happy?
Now that I’ve left you
