this sometimes happens to me. Go to your doctor and get it checked out, it could be something serious. Maybe i should take my own advice! |

Not to scare you (well maybe a bit), it could be nothing but then again you never know, so since you don't like doctors I bet you don't like hospitals so I think it would be better to go with the lesser of two evils. Then again Like Sun Angel I guess I shouldn't talk and just take my own advice, I haven't been blacking out but my back is killing me. |

These types of things are nothing to mess around with. A simple blood test can often tell the root of the problem. I had this too at one point in time but it can be attributed to a variety of things: anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia, etc. You really out to have a professional check it out in case it is serious. cheers, |

I get this all the time too... I asked my doctor about it and I've passed this around USM quite a bit Are you thin? Do you normally have low blood pressure? If so, a quick change in position can cause a slight drop in your normally low blood pressure resulting in the lightheadedness and wooziness. Check with your doctor to rule out anything major, but most likely, that's what it is. To help prevent it, try to move more slowly. Give your body time to adjust to it's new position. Get out of bed in "steps"... first sit up and let the blood flow, then move to your feet. But again... check with your doctor to rule out any medical condition that might be causing it. |

This happens to me when I'm ill or really exhausted. I guess you should just go to the doctor. |
