tombstone?

that's right, after you left the world to carry on without you ... what would YOU like on your tombstone.

you will have one sentence, maybe two, to tell the world about yourself ...

and trust me, if you don't write something, someone else will ... so, its in your best interest to think of something ....

so, tell me, what would YOU like on yours??

Date: 9/15/2003 2:50:00 PM  From Authorid: 33286    I once wrote a poem about it involving me being buried face down on bent knee just so I could invite the world to kiss my butt on the headstone... personally I am not sure I will get burried, creamation sounds good, though burial at sea always piqued my interest, I always liked the thought of being blown ashore.
Date: 9/15/2003 2:52:00 PM  From Authorid: 20104    I like sausage and pepporini on my tombstone. LOL
But seriously I would want it to say something about she was a good daughter, sibling, and friend. My her soul live forever........something like that.

Date: 9/15/2003 3:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 62267    3 words..."Leave me alone"...Freaq

Date: 9/15/2003 5:42:00 PM  From Authorid: 47166    Well, first my corpse is to be left outside for four days or so - to get a decent decay going - and, when it's taken at about three a.m. and suspended over the entrance to the Jersey Tunnel, my epitaph will be something to the tune of "Scared ya', didn't I?" (written in blood to one side of my carcass, of course.)
Date: 9/15/2003 6:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 42568    "She fought hard to live freely" ...or maybe something a little less cheesy
Date: 9/15/2003 6:11:00 PM  From Authorid: 28193    "Vini, Vidi, Vanish" LMAO.
Date: 9/16/2003 12:10:00 AM  From Authorid: 39370    "I Was The Walrus" lol. I dont know, Maybe something like "All Things Must Pass"? Haven't really thought about it much :P. I'm only 15, so I hope that I have a long ways to go before I have to really think about that lol.
Date: 9/16/2003 12:21:00 AM  From Authorid: 36766    "I Promise That I'm Going to Haunt You" yeah, I like that, that'll be mine
Date: 10/21/2003 3:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 38601    "YOU TOLD ME I WAS IMMORTAL, YOU (insert bad word here)!!" lol
Date: 1/2/2013 5:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 53427    I would really like this poem: Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
Mary Elizabeth Frye

But it's very long, and would be expensive for all those letters, but I think it's beautiful.
