I had three very difficult pregnancies so I think this was about right for me. Every pregnancy is different, though, so is the individual so I can only speak for myself. *hugs* Love, |

I think it depends on the person and the pregnancy. My daughter was only a week old and I was waitressing at the bar until two a.m , that was my second child. My first one I had a difficult delivery and was cut too bad, couldn't move for two weeks. I mean TWO weeks, the first week I spent laying on my belly . Then with my third one , two days later I was at a family reunion. My fourth one, I was out of it for a long time, LOL |

pregnancy can make it seem like you have a horrible cold. Im on my second pregnancy now and Ive had horrible fatigue, watery eyes and runny nose with both of them. |

I'm not sure about the cat comparison but yes... I felt VERY tired, sluggish, hungry and sick all at the same time. I don't recall the watery eyes part either but I did have burning eyes and flu-like symptoms which some women get. |

I spent a whole week being tired and sore. My whole body ached like I had the flu. I think it's the onset that escalates into morning sickness. For the first week I didn't feel sick to my stomach and I never vomited, I was just achy. It was about the middle of the second week that the "morning sickness" set in. Now I never had morning sickness and I never vomitted for either of my children but I could have done it 40 times a day. I am an EXTREMELY good fighter and would sit for as long as I had to with a cup of water up to my lips just pouring a small amount of water in so I could force something down against the reflux. I am the biggest wimp when it comes to getting sick and will do whatever it takes to fight it. I have thrown up twice in my whole life except for when drinking which has only happened 3 times and I was too drunk to care so that doesn't count...LOL, but both of my pregnancies were like that. I knew that I was pregnant 3 days after I conceived my son. |

First two weeks?.. heck I did not notice anything different until I was 2 months along. But everyone is different. |

The first month I was pregnant, I didn't even know. Pregnancy does make you tired, especially in the first and last trimesters. |
