Help Needed For Story Ideas

Ok, here's the deal. I want to write either:

1. A fan fiction of Lord of the Rings. The genre being romance and/or action adventure (needs to have some kind of romance in it because that's what my strongest writing skill is in). The couple has to involve Legolas, the elven Prince of Mirkwood and either a origional character (doesn't have to be elven) or one of the female characters from the story.

2. A fantasy story involving elves as the lead, along with other races in other parts of the story. The lead can be female or male, no real prefrence. Again, some romance in it somewhere with the option of action adventure.

Any help anyone could provide would greatly be appreciated! I hope to hear from some of you.
