Well the easiest way is to buy it already made all ya gotta do is heat it but I guess you could get a loaf of french or italian bread and mix butter and garlic salt together then spread the mixture on the bread and put it in the oven and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes |

I always buy that thick sliced bread. I try to get the garlic spread if I can..It has everything in it already. If not then I just use butter and garlic powerder..Sometimes I add Mozerella cheese, sometimes not. I put it in the oven until it starts to turn brown. |

Hiya Sunny Yep..I'd call that garlic bread. I do about the same thing. I usually take a loaf of French or Italian bread, slice lenghtways through the middle..Seperate the two halves, then paint or dribble a mixture of garlic salt and melted butter. Then put the two halves back together, cut sections crossways..dribble just a bit more of the garlic/butter mixture over the pile and bake till bread starts to brown..Oh Lordy! Now I want some..lol..Enjoy |

I use fresh french bread. Slice it down the center long ways, so it opens like a tall book. Take some butter and put it in a microwave safe dish and add garlic salt. Melt it all together and brush it on the bread with a BBQ Brush. Wrap it up in tin foil and bake it until the bread is nice and hot. |

it's great with french or italian bread /drool. sometimes when my mom wants to make some garlic bread and doesn't have much to work with she'll just use some ordinary hamburger buns. those taste good also! ~Mercedes |
