Can someone help me with this?

Hi all.. I am wondering if someone can help me with this. Skyafawn hasn't been able to log into USM. She changed her password and now can't log in. She emailed me and asked me about a month ago if I could contact someone for her. Well, so far, I have contacted 3 or 4 admins and never got a response. I gave them her AuthorID, the password she said she changed it too and everything. I even gave them her email address so they could send her the password instead of giving it to me to pass on to her. Still no response. Even if the admins can't recover passwords or something at least respond to my messages and tell me so.. that way I can at least tell her something. I am not sure why it is so hard to get an answer to a question like this. I looked in Faq's and didn't see anything for forgotten password. Unless I missed it. lol
