Well, I took the day off work today because I really needed some R&R (I've been extremely irritable and somewhat sensitive of late), so I went back to bed for some more sleep after my hubby left for work. I'm not sure how long into my sleep this was but I could feel myself going into a semi-sleep paralysis. I'm sure I was able to snap out of it if I wanted to but I was so tired and also wanted to just go with it. This went on for some time and I was fully aware of it, expecting it to at some time let me ob, but I don't think it did because all I can remember happening after that was I just started dreaming radically. The dream I had didn't make any sence and seemed to change directions very quickly. These strange thoughts and words kept flying through my head and quite often when I dream this happens and even words and phrases are used that I wouldn't normally use when I am speaking to someone in person. Is this my mind that is able to comprehend all this I wonder? This is very strange to me because I seem to be on another level of intellegence sometimes. I know that this morning's dream was just my crazy mind throwing things together but sometimes It feels as though they aren't actually my words that I would normally use in everyday speech. I guess it's possible to have absorbed all this information from somewhere and just stored it away. Does anyone else have any of the same experiences? And what about my ob thing, why aren't I able to do it when I come so close? All I can ever seem to do is dream, and believe me they are pretty weird! LOL

Date: 8/26/2003 9:18:00 AM  From Authorid: 33978    I also have those kind of dreams when I'm in the state between being asleep and awake. Like I start to dream before I'm fully asleep. I will snap awake if the dream is too weird or scary. Hugs,
