Well think of it this way...."one of a kind" Is like being only you...there is no one else, just like ya.. so thats why your "one of a kind". I like farq, rootbeer, and pretty much anything else that "teenagers" dont' like. I hate being a teenager, it's like just because I'm 17, I'm suppose to have a discman, wear a toque and drink pepsi and eat nothing but mcdonalds and listen to hard metal...  |

I am offended by this post ! You should be slamming coca cola . That right there is NOTHING but water and sugar . Pepsi has a distinct taste to it . You need to take the Pepsi challenge or stay away from flat soda or something . Drink vanilla pepsi , that will make you eat your words . Haha ! I like coke I used to like pepsi but really it's gross. I like Mt. Dew the best. I dress like a normal person. well my definition of normal. Not preppy not wanna be gothic (there's alot of those at my school preps turned goth LOL dont make me laugh) I wear regualar converse High tops a T-shirt and jeans. Simple. So I'm not different. Tho people say my personality is "different" I think they're trying to insult me but it never works.   |

pepsi and coke taste nothing alike...I can't stand pepsi in any of it's forms.....I can't stand regular coke but drink the diet stuff (It's less sweet) As for being different I don't think anyone can be TOTALLY different but they CAN have different qualities/aspects than others...  |

I think we are all different in our own way. It would be very boring if we weren't. As far as the soft drink debate, personally I drink diet Dr. Pepper. Coke is ok. But I've always hated Pepsi.  |

i kinda get what you mean. the teenagers here are all about sex, drugs, and booze. i've got some friends who do that, but my closest friends don't. most of em are seniors but are so cool. they don't care what people say or think about them ya know? they do what they want. it's obvious that the sophomores (10th grade... my grade) are total opposites. every is like on their toes wanting to know the latest gossip and having to have the expensive clothes and must do things to fit in. sure, i lost a lot of friends on the way to highschool, but it's been worth it kinda i guess. i made better friends (but then i think... they're going to be in college next year and the year after when i'm a junior and a senior) and i could keep going on, but i won't... oh and i don't like pop... i'll drink sprite or orange soda sometimes. as for actual coke or pepsi, i'd prefer pepsi... i don't think i've had either one of em for a couple months now though. i drink carbonated strawberry water ^__^  |

I remember being in highschool and how I couldn't afford all the styles at the mall so.....I'd buy my clothes from a consignment shop or the Salvation Army. The ironic part is that the other kids thought I was trying to be different when really I couldn't afford to be like them. I actually started to like being classified as "different" and referred to myself as "the proud loaner!"   |

Well they call themselves this because they probly have been outcasted or somthing so this is there way of exsperesing themselves. In a way I see your point they say there different when they are still following A fad. I think I made I simular post to this one a whil back it was saying that people think we must be %100 of one stlye and if we follow it Like I said we all are different meaning we do not fall into a catergory I did this cus people were qwetioning my mix I myself do not seem to fall into one catergory cus I tend to mix things up with my style people don't get it but I don't care what do they know lol. and PS I personaly think coke is better than pepsi *Cosmic Freak*  |

I stopped trying to be different around eighth grade and I just act the way I am, which compared to most of the people I go to school with and hang out with I am different. I'm usuallly just the quiet one that observes people. It amazes people when they ask me what my name is and I tell them my name and say "and your name is (thier name) and u r in my ... class right?" I drink almost anything. Pepsi and Coke taste different, but I drink either one. this is my 2 cents. ~~WP  |
