hmm what format are they on? Did u put them on a webpage (like a .html) or just link to the file (which I do believe would be .txt or .wpd)? Or maybe in simpler terms did u just like have ur poems saved, upload them (in the word document they were) to ur site then link them on a webpage? Or did u put them on a webpage? ![]() |

thats probably why. What u need to do (and u can hardly to it on geocities :/...) is put them on a webpage (like .html) Are you good with html codes? My suggestion to u is to open the html editor (even if u dont know how to do much html) and copy and paste your poem into the body of the page (it'll have tags saying whats what like:
so you would write here
or <TEXT>So u would write here </TEXT>![]() I luv flowers They are nice Then u'll have to put in tags like this
so it leaves those spaces so it'd look like this: I luv flowers

They are nice
So forth...I dunno how well that'll show in this reply but I hope I helped. As a note geocities won't let u copy n paste when usuing the page maker. ![]() |

dang it didn't show it right...grrr...Well U know when u hit the ENTER key and it leaves a space between the sentences? Thats where the
goes. Not between every space like DONT do this: flowers
are
nice
DONT DONT DONT do that lol. Do it like this: flowers are nice,
I like them...
lol am I making any sense? Sorry if Im not but I tried :/... ![]() |
