the method i find works the best is trick your subconcious into thinking you are doing it.
what you have to do is concentrate on the psi whell then try and convince your self its working like say something like "Its Moving! i saw it!!" this sounds wierd but it works as you kinda convince yourself your doing it so you end up doing it anyway  |

I understand its a gift people are born with but I think I might have that gift from things that have happened in the past so I was just curious if anyone could give me some tips or anything for practicing it. |

Actually it's not a gift, everyone has it. I had little luck with the psi-wheel so I can't give you any suggestions, sorry. I hope you figure it out though.  |

hello pink bunny. How is it that you know that you cannot learn ESP. Truthfully, you have to be born with it. But the thing is that we are all born with it. We all have the gifts, but very little know how to use it. It is a common misconception that only those who are special and select that will ever be able to do it.  |

i suggest you get to know the psiwheel.. what i mean is just sit there and look at it. not looking at it hard, but just focus on being there and as you watch it you will learn about it. Then tell me what you learn, trust me, you will discover something if you have patience. |

I'm sorry, I've given the wrong impression with what I last said. I mean that some people are born with an active gift which they can work on to control or whatever but you can also learn it. Sorry, I've heard so many different things and thats (above) is just what I think so that doesn't mean its right it just what I think. |
