Today was the 5th day of my volleyball practice. Today they are doing the forst cut. So we had to work very very very hard to our full potentatal (sp?) So we were doing this drill and they were looking for the girls who were in ready position, ready to set, spike or pass the ball and who husseled and made every effort to get the ball. So I was running to the back of the line after a rotation and I had just come up to te end of the line and a girl came out of line , that I've never met before, and came up to me and asked me how I got to the ball so fast n keep up my team spirt and my game. I responded "You have to work hard for what you want. Its a challenge, but if you set your mind to it, you can do anything." To my surprise she gasped and said "Oh my gosh. Those are the best words of wisdom I've ever heard. You are an awsome player and I am so honored to be able to talk to you. You are an awsome player and have such great team spirt." I was SOOOOOO touched to have someone come up to me and tell me what this girl told me. I was absolutly speechless!! We talked some more and I came to relieze shes a very sweet girl and I agreed to help her out on her technique. I guess you could say everything happends for a reason right?
