sounds like a great day nice and full!! your gonna sleep well tonight!! my day has been pretty lazy.. sat around watched TV posted some stuff on ebay... taking picts of more stuff to post on ebay.... such is life selling off the excess in order to pay for stuf we need.... my mom called and boy she can rant on.. i made a comment of something and boy she has taken it into swing and started planning before i even finished the thought*L* my mom is a plan freak*L*  |

well , i got off work at 7 this morning, came home checked my emails, went to bed. got woke up by 2 hangers.{stupid ppl calling me and hanging up. im so getting caller id,lol} woke up,read some of harry potter 5, ordered pizza 4 supper, cause im single again, and i dont feel like cooking,lol. and now im just chillin like a villian b4 i go back to work.  what fun,lol . huggs shay  |

Yea Midnightly I hear ya..My Mom is my rock actually...We used to have a very ROCKY relationship but as I grew up I realised how wonderful she really is..I guess I am pretty lucky to have her as my Mom. |

oh sweety , it is heavenly. this is the first time i have lived alone since summer of 2000, and im enjoying every second of it.  i dont have a man to bug me all the time,lol, well i am dating some1, but i send his butt home , dont want him under my feet all the time,lol. as much as i love my family i had to get back out on my own again, and im so much happier now. |

The power went out at about 3:30 yesterday.... I spent an hour driving to get dinner before I figured out that none was going to be found anytime soon, while trying to keep the kids from screaming everytime we drove past a McDonald's (that was fun!). Got back home and noticed that the ice cream place across the street still had moving bodies in it... and a working grill! Got us some hot dogs and some ice cream, t hen spent the remainder of the eveing sweating my butt off  I hoped to wake up to a TV blaring, but had no such luck. Loaded up the kids in search of more food, because by now, in 95 degree heat, the refrigerator is warm and so is the milk and everything else in there. We decided to head west and discovered that the next town over had power. They were also just far enough out of the way that they weren't swamped with people like us ;o) We got some breakfast, went back for lunch and then came home and took naps. I woke up to hubby yelling "Lights are on!!". We went back to Clinton to get dinner and a few groceries and then I sat down in front of my computer. It's been real... (real what, I'm not quite sure...)  |

yes TCW.. i have been without power.. went through thte blackout, lost food, luckily that was about it... and of course on the hottest bleepin day of the year.... my phone is still messed up as we speak.... i can't get on line.. hopefully tomorrow the phone company will service us.... Anyways... i am so glad that my parcel got there safe and sound Kelly... i was worried it being breakable, but luckily it ogt there in one piece.... anyways.. gotta fly... i got stories for ya all when i get back on line..  |
