For the past week or so, whenever I am using Explorer I get this weird message pop up about once an hour. It's a tiny little box that says "Program finished downloading. Please restart computer" or something similar to that. There are little boxes that say OK and Cancel, like normal pop ups and I always click cancel. I know I haven't downloaded anything in about a month and I don't know where it's coming from. Could it be a virus? And if so, how do I get rid of it?
