I've heard nothing but good things about them. I watched a documentary a few weeks ago about how it got started and the husband and wife that created it together. They are the nicest people and so generous that they donate 80% of the profits to many different charities. They give themselves 20% and out of that, they pay they're employees too. I was impressed.  |

My mom's been going for about a year, one of my aunt's goes and one of my cousins is an instructor. I've heard nothing but wonderful things... I have, however, not seen much in the way of results. Mom says she's losing inches.... I just don't see it, I guess.   |

I go to a generic one called inch bye inch. I find it a lot of fun and easy to do. It is hard to find time for it though, but I just need to make it a constant thing. I really like that you dont get bored doing it. And it is supposed to be small, you can read all about it at their website. Let me know of your results. I like that I feel better about myself after doing it. I feel proud to be doing something other than laying on the couch.  |
