Cheese Spread

Makes 1 1/4 cups

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 egg, hard cooked, peeled, chopped

1/4 cup dill pickle, minced

2 tablespoons green pepper, minced

1 tablespoon onion, minced

1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

assorted crackers

Combine cheese, egg, dill pickle, green pepper, onion and pimiento; stir in mayonnaise. Form into a ball; chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
