We must do better than this Administration is doing. For Iraq and Afghanistan, the future is uncertain and the present is discouraging. Their burden is ours, and anything less than total commitment will be dangerous to our long-term future and will further damage our already fractured relationship with the world community. We have only one chance to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan, and we must not fail, for the world is watching."
