Well God doesn't make lighting, light really comes from the ground and up. Did you know what. Its true. I may look like it comes from the sky but it doesn't, also why would God strike a building that could kill someone in the process? Just a question.  |

I wouldn't know, I'm guessing that ne wouldn't do something so dangerous and some of the simple things have happened to me. But the lighting part is true, lighting comes from the ground and goes up.

I saw the minister on The Today Show, and he said that according to the Bible we shouldn't really be asking for a sign from God or expect miracles from him. In his sermon he didn't really ask for a sign from God--not exactly in those words, anyway. The press reported it differently, though. I think the minister was saying something about the power of God being revealed to us--something like that, anyway.  |

Also, the minister and the Today Show said nothing about the electricity flowing through the microphone and the minister. The minister said they just heard a loud bang and then later smelled smoke. |

Well now that I've rattled some cages, folks I didn't say it was a sign from God. If you want to read that into what I posted then that's up to you and I'm not going down that path of mortals being given signs by th Almighty. Some of the AO comments were insulting, way out of line, and if you find the post offensive,then just take it in the "spirit" in which I posted it for in the first place. Apparently the Inquisition is alive and well.  |
