Let's see. Child's toy phone. Batteries probably near dead, so it was gasping power out to ring. Or, child had stepped on it, and caused the switch to keep ringing. Or a cat had set it off running under the bed. I have three kids, so lots of experience with toys. Sometimes they just go off because they can. Either way, not spooky at all. |
