I've been a crown room member for about 5 years. It's just a big lounge with a bar, laptop hook ups, phones, TV, couches etc. it's for 1st class flyers and frequent flyers who buy memberships. The drinks are free but it's customary to tip a buck or so for each drink. |

Hmmmm...interesting. I wonder how much money their bartenders make? Are they usually busy? Or what is the atmosphere like in there? If you were a bartender, would YOU like to work there? Peace |

You know most of the Bartenders I know in there are Delta Employees who have bid for the job (at least in Deltas major hub cities) It's not your typical bar atmosphere, it's not a "sit at" bar it's a walk up service bar usually (not everywhere). And your customers are in and out and don't stick around long, not much of a party place. But it's clean and your customers are usually proffesional types. |
