Have you ever tried to use the freedom of speech rule on a police officer? I wonder just how far one would get if they said to a police officer.. "Officer, I was not speeding! Your radar cannot accurately record my speed when you are going uphill and I am going downhill in the opposite direction two lanes away. Your twisted lying and extremely warped piece of junk is totally wrong!" Just a thought LOL |

Freedom of Speech only means you can say/express what you want, you still have to accept consequences for it, unless how you say/express something is not in violation of any laws. |

And something in this that is totally screwed up is the fact he has to stay in jail until he gets together money he didn't have in the first place, so isn't that basically an UNCONSTITUTIONAL, sentence? |
