"He got them. He got the pictures," Eric said.
Bryan looked over at the clock. A little before midnight and Eric had called him out of the blue.
"What are you talking about," Bryan replied.
"The pictures! You don't remember," Eric asked.
The pictures. Bryan thought about it.
"From the...," Bryan started.
"Yes," Eric replied.
"Whose got them? Ben? Chris," Bryan started.
"Tim," Eric replied.
"How did he get them," Bryan yelled.
"I don't know. He's going to put them in the yearbook. This will ruin me! Do you understand that! I have a future! College, Graduate's school, these kind of things don't happen to me," Eric started.
"Well they are now," Bryan replied.
"Put that one together on my own," Eric retorted.
Bryan and Eric had been best friends for six years before they parted their ways. Eric became popular, parties, and planned a future for himself. Bryan rather had doe the opposite of Eric.
"What are we going to do about this," Eric asked angrily.
"We can tell the teacher to give us the pictures," Bryan answered.
"How? She'll ask why we need them - they were anonymously donated so we'll have to sneak in there and get them or something. I don't know but this cannot happen," Eric started.
"Can we talk abot this another time. I'm tired and have finals tomorrow," Bryan said.
"Me too, when," Eric asked.
"Um... jeez you couldn't call when I'm awake could you... um... first and third periods," Bryan replied.
"I'm finished after first. Wanna meet at second," Eric asked.
"Yeah, second is fine. At the gazebo," Byan asked.
"Sure. You want me to get the rest of them," Eric responded.
"Okay... yeah whatever," Bryan said hanging up the phone.
Bryan wrapped the pillow around his head to block out the sound of his mom yelling about the late night phone calls. He had to think. How did Tim get the pictures... he thought they had gotten rid of the roll. He blamed himself for not getting rid of it on his own. He knew something like this would happen.
Something that could ruin a lot of lives.
