back when the first b-17 flying fortress plane came out the air force wanted to test it. they sent one to fly around the world with the cargo area filled with gasaline. when they took off they thought they had a problem but the crew thought the maintenece guy was nuts. so they kept going the people forgot about them and they kept going when they came back around what they thought was the dropoff was acsually a ambush. they killed everyone but the co-pilot. he flew until the gas ran out and he crashed into the same airfield as the one he took off from and he was killed in the crash. today that airfield has diappered You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or
