I have seen way to much to disbelieve! I've seen both of my grandparents floating over my bed a year after they died. And many strange things have happened since. I know they are both watching over me and my family. It's a great feeling!  |

I believe in Ghosts. In the bible, it states, when Jesus Returns to the earth he will first take to heaven the dead and then come back of the living. Jung believes our Subconsious is the collective consciousness' of our Dead ancestors. I've seen Ghosts and have lived in a few haunted houses, so Yes, I definately believe they're there. As For as theories of Why, Who knows.  |

i shore do  There are a lot of times at my house when we hear them. For instance, say i'm home alone at night. A lot of times i will hear something upstairs... but of course, no one is up there. ~ My mom's a school bus driver. She came home one day during her routes while we were all at school. She took a nap, and she was supposed to wake up at a certain time to finish her route. She didn't... UNTIL she heard one of my brothers and i upstairs fighting. She got up and walked to the bottom of the stairs to yell at us. We didn't answer back so she goes upstairs and realizes that we're all at school. And then of course, theres this whole ouija board thing... but i'm not even gonna get into that!  |

Like many others here, I've seen too much not to believe. I saw my first ghost when I was about 6 or 7 years old...and since then I have seen them on a regular basis. I can't really provide proof to anyone that the things I have seen are real, but I know they are.  |

like the others, i have seen too much not to believe. my son talks to them all the time. i have no problem with them moving things or stuff like that...i hate seeing and hearing them. *shivers* that creeps me out. my son has seen and spoken to them since he was 2.  |

If you remove the whole God concept along with the heaven and hell theory and look at it in a scientific perspective then it starts to make a little sense. Lets think about energy, deminsions, and portals. I dont have the answers yet but I think Im on the right track.......  |

I most certainly do. I have seen much things, things that weren't "well it could have been this or that". In fact, I had gotten my orbs on video. Something would happen while we were there (we couldn't see the orbs), but when we played back the video before or after something had occured you see the orb.  |

Honestly, I don't know what to think...I believe that when people say they have had experiences, I believe that they believe it...I had Some Unexplainable things to happen after my Loved One's tragic death...heard & experienced certain things., I'm not real sure what it was, but I know what I heard & felt....T/C...  |

To discuss this question rationally, we do well to FIRST distinguish between two words: SUPERNATURAL and PARANORMAL. Supernatural implies that there maybe entities who are somehow "above" or "beyond" NATURAL and the natural world.....gods, angels, demons..etc. Paranormal suggests there maybe forces we have yet to discover; unexplainable occurences, real and or imagined, such as ghosts (the alleged disembodied "spirit" of a deceased person); ESP (the alleged transmission of thoughts from one human to another without a known physical medium); Psychokinetic phenomenon (the alleged ability to move or affect objects by thinking) and UFO's. I'm a skeptic with regard to ghosts; and lean heavily toward outright disregard and disbelief, simply because everything I have ever HEARD has been hearsay, and wild-hair, scary, and extraordianry CLAIMS, with NO evidence. I also know very well the POWERS of the MIND and about things you can "see" and "experience" when one is PRECONCEIVED, Presupposed to such things, and or maybe under the influence of something; whether it be sleep depravation, stress, grief, chemical and or a mental disorder of some kind. Since I see no evidential support, and do not go by just someone telling me they "saw Grandpa roaming the attic last night" or their dear "Mother appeared with angel wings" , I simply suspend judgement; I demand extraordinary evidence for extraordinary CLAIMS before I stop leaning towards suspension of judgement or outright skepticism and or rejection of such claims.  |
