You just got your snack and ignored it? I'd be investigating... This sounds a little too laidback to be plausible. You just went "eh... demonic chanting... guess I'll be gettin' that snack now?!" Huh? Hard to believe. Plus aren't stereotyping this quite a bit. And what do you mean you were in the occult? You can't be in an occult ... the word that maybe you're looking for is "cult" or maybe the pharse I was INTO the occult? Sense things more easily than others? Heh. |

Well, I don't get scared much by paranormal stuff but if I do I try to ignore it. I think it was coming from my dad's room. I do admit I was somewhat scared and hurried to my room..I also don't mean to sterotype anything..I'm just trying my best to describe what I heard..? What am I supposed to say forgeign chanting sounded like..? Honky Tonk music..?Feh. Zim Matrix660 |

Date: 7/23/2003 2:46:00 PM From Authorid: 25390 Geez. Can't we all just get along? Some people just have to find anything to argue with. |
Date: 7/23/2003 2:48:00 PM From Authorid: 35720 That's creepy! I'd hurry to my room too and probably call a friend or something.. that's pretty wierd.. sorry that happened to you. By the way, "Sparkle Fairy".. just because the "to" was forgotten after "in" doesn't mean you need to pick it apart. |

LOL No, but seriously what advice do you need? I mean there isn't enough info there to help you ... when did you hear this (how long ago)? Has it happened since? What kind of witchcraft or paranormal things were you into? Did you ever try to contact a spirit or whatnot? Otherwise, I dunno...maybe you could investigate the house or apartment you live in...maybe something has happened there that was unusual? Ask your parents. Tell your parents. Maybe it was them...maybe they're weird, cult people and you just didn't know...maybe they'll try to brainwash you...be careful. |

To Rika: I wasn't picking it apart; I merely asked if that's what the poster meant... I was trying to clarify. To Oddsmell: Who was arguing? |
Date: 7/23/2003 2:56:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62074 Well, I did play an Ouija board once.. Check my earlier postings for this. anyhow I've heard of spirits becoming attached to someone, once they are called from the ouija board. I figure this is what happened and it got released in my home, or is still attached to me causing me to experience things... Zim Matrix660 |
Date: 7/23/2003 4:23:00 PM From Authorid: 62184 I would've went back to my room too.. i would've probably hid under my blanket or something tho cuz i'm weird like that lol. Let us know if anything else happens. ~*Silent Existence*~ |

Zim, the ouija is what is known as a demon trap. Some believe as long as you follow a certain set of rules, and parameters, you can control the spirit attached to the board. What you have done is released the enity. It sounds like it is "powering up" in your parents room. If you care for your parents, i would advise you take some action.. #1 destroy the board by fire, and Zim, hard core occultists will tell you that once you are into the occult, you just dont quit or walk away, there is a price for hidden knowledge. The spirits will not let you simply walk away, your involvement has given them dominion over a part of your life. |

Date: 7/23/2003 7:53:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62074 it wasn't my board to begin with, it belonged to my friend Jen, and we're no longer friends so I couldn't possibly destroy the board. I'll just accept the consequences and take it with all the strength and bravery I have. |
Date: 7/23/2003 10:06:00 PM From Authorid: 55499 well i have a ghost in my home that talks to me and every night before i go to bed i turn my nightlight off in my kitchen and the ghost always gets very mad at me and gives me a hard time about the fact that I am going to bed and that I want to sleep in total darkness. You possibly have a ghost in your home that maybe talking in tongues and you may want to clense your home and wipe away the ghost...kim... |
Date: 7/23/2003 10:46:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62074 I heard some incense is good for house cleansing..I suppose I'll also get a smudging/banishing sage herb wand from AzureGreen.com, if that's what it takes. |
Date: 7/23/2003 10:50:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62074 For those of you who don't know a smudging/banishing wand is a bunch of herbs wrapped together with string or twine to make a wand which you light then put out so you can leave it in your house to smoke out impurities or banish things from certian rooms by brushing the herb wand against objects. It is a method that has been used for centuries. |
Date: 7/24/2003 1:41:00 PM From Authorid: 24673 That's what my son used to sound like when he talked in his sleep--really gave me the creeps. I hope it was your Dad talking in his sleep and not something more sinister. bye, |
Date: 7/24/2003 6:56:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 62074 truth is..I don't think it was my dad..he only snores in his sleep.. lol. never talks in his sleep... may it was the dog! No seriously...My dad just doesn't have that deep a voice. It sounded kinda like if you tape someones voice then play it in slow motion.. that kind of depth. |
