*~* Recipe: Chocolate Zucchini Cake *~* Hey,Hey,Paula

1/2 C. Oleo

½ C. Oil

1 3/4 C. Sugar

2 Eggs, beaten

1 tsp. Vanilla

½ C. Sour milk

2-1/2 C. All-purpose flour

4 T. Cocoa

1/2 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Baking soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Cloves

2 C. Chopped zucchini

¼ to ½ C. Chocolate chips

Heat oven to 325º F. Grease 13X9 inch pan.

Cream oleo, oil and sugar in medium bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini. Beat at low speed until blended, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into pan.

Bake 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn off oven. Sprinkle cake with chocolate chips. Put back in oven for 2-5 minutes until chips are melted. Smooth around on cake. Let cool until chocolate sets up.
