Sadness. ...By Ocean Goddess

She stared in the mirror with growing hate
Her sadness growing
Opening a gate.
No more tears or worthless lies,
Just the sound of long lost cries.
She had not smiled for so long
She knows her happiness is forever gone.
She has no clue why she feels this way
Maybe it was someone, what did they say ?
She does not eat, smile or run .
This is the beginning,
The end just begun.
She does not talk or sing,
Her ears only hear the worthless ring.
She stares in space,
With no single thought,
Only lost happiness and how it was bought.
She is so numb and she does not care
All she knows is a life not fair.
She has no friends or people to love,
Instead she has the sky above.
The sky wich holds memories of smiles,
She wish she could by the past,
She'd walk for miles.
All she wants is to be whole once more,
Maybe then she'd open a new door.
But darkness falls all around,
Killing all light,
There is no sound.
No flowers, no sun
Just black and grey
Killing her life with no words to say.
But she cannot care much any more,
Because it is too dark,
She can't find that door.
She sits alone by her mirror
Suddenly the meaning of her life seems clear.
She was not here had she lost her head ?
There was no meaning in life, she was dead.
