someone's trying to bring me to court?? I didn't even do anything

I come from vancouver, canada..okay but I moved to edmonton a year ago. and a few days back I got a letter from my sister (who still lives in vancouver, renting a room) and she said some guy from the court called and said that I have to be present at the court or else I'll be "sued". when I was done reading that, I was just woggled..I was like "I'm dreaming.." because at the time I was just having the most boring summer of my life, working four days a week and sleeping on the days off..and all a sudden someone's bringing me to court?? I'm like waht?? what could I have done in vancouver? I've moved here for a YEAR.



first, there are several odds that just doesn't seem to add up..so why don't I let you guys judge.

1. my sister told me the court guy never even mentioned my LAST name, he just asked for my first..if he was a court guy, he should've been formal and stuff right?

2. my sister told me that guy called a month ago, why haven't he contacted me here yet? my sister told him my number..?

3. I cannot find any clue as to what I could've possibly done in vancouver so severe that I have to go to court.

4. and finally, the place where my sister lived, how did anyone get that number anyway? my school doesn't know it, the library doesn't know it..only parents do.

so that is why I have a feeling this has got to be some sort of a sick weird coincedence. but, calling for me?? the court guy did ask for me (kent) if that is a coincedence, it is a very big one. what do you people think?
